To operate the directory, display your listing, process Business Pass purchases, send transactional emails (account verification, receipts), and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who Can See Your Profile

Deal listings are public. Emergency Therapist Database profiles are visible only to signed-in users with an active Business Pass or admin role. You control your availability toggle at any time.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@mybumassage.com. You can delete your account from the dashboard.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
