For Clients

💆 How do I book a massage deal?

Simply browse deals on our Shop or Today’s Deals page, add one to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive confirmation by email.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments by credit/debit card (via Stripe) and PayPal. Your information is always encrypted.

📅 How do I schedule my session?

After purchase, your therapist will contact you directly to confirm the date, time, and location of your session.

🛑 Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancellations and refunds are based on each therapist’s policy. You’ll see details on the offer page before checkout.

🌎 Do you only offer massage?

Right now, Mybu focuses on massage therapy. As we grow, we may add other wellness services — always led by licensed professionals.

For Therapists

👐 How do I join Mybu?

Click on “Become a Partner” in the top menu to create your therapist account. Once approved, you can start posting deals immediately.

💵 How do I get paid?

Payments are processed through the Mybu platform. Earnings are transferred directly to your chosen payout method (bank or PayPal, depending on your setup).

📦 Do I set my own prices and offers?

Yes! Therapists have full control to set pricing, package deals, session length, and availability. Mybu is therapist-led from start to finish.

📑 Are there any commission fees?

Yes, a small commission is applied to support the platform, but far less than traditional deal sites. More of your earnings stay in your hands.

🔒 Do I need a license?

Yes. All therapists must hold a valid massage therapy license for their state. This keeps Mybu trustworthy and safe for clients.

Vendor Guidelines — Setting Up Your Mybu Store

To keep Mybu professional, safe, and trustworthy, all therapists must follow these
setup guidelines when creating their store and deals.

🖼 Images

  • Upload at least 1 clear image for each service or package.
  • Preferred: your massage space, tools (massage table, oils, stones), or a professional wellness image.
  • You may use royalty-free images if you don’t have photos — we recommend Unsplash or Pexels.
  • No blurry, inappropriate, or misleading images.

📍 Location / Address

  • Your store will show your City and State to clients — not your full address.
  • For in-office massage: Add your business address in Dokan → Settings → Store so clients know where to go.
  • For mobile massage: Indicate service area only (e.g., “Serving Miami-Dade County”).
  • For safety, do not post personal home addresses unless your license is registered at that location.

🛒 Service Listings

  • Each listing must include: service type, duration, price, and a clear description.
  • Mention what’s included (e.g., “60-minute Swedish massage, oils included”).
  • Be clear about any limitations (e.g., “not suitable for pregnancy massage” if not certified).

📑 Professional Standards

  • You must be a licensed massage therapist in your state (license number may be requested).
  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times — no inappropriate content or services.
  • Follow proper hygiene, safety, and client care protocols.
